Deposits and booking terms
A £50 deposit is required to reserve your wedding date.
Weddings are booked on a first come first served basis, therefore without a deposit your date is not secure.
Deposits are non-refundable but will be redeemed against your final payment before your wedding day.
After I have received your payment a booking confirmation will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Payments
All payments are to be made by bank transfer or cash; this must be done up to two weeks before your wedding. Quoting your name and wedding date, please remember to contact me to advise that a payment is going to be made.
Cancellations and postponements
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your wedding/booking then your deposit is non-refundable. Deposits are taken to cover my admin fees and potential losses of having to turn away other bookings on your reserved date.
In the unlikely event that I have had cancel your booking then a full refund will be sent to you within 3-5 working days.
If you decide to cancel my services with less than six weeks before your booking then any final payments/deposits received will not be refunded.
Trials and any work already carried out will not be refunded.
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, then a replacement makeup artist will be found where possible.
After your booking is reserved and a confirmation is sent, we will look at booking your trial, trials are usually taken place 3-6 months before your wedding date, but this can vary due to availability. If I have been trying to contact you regarding your booking and I’ve repeatedly had no response then a final warning will be sent to you with two weeks to respond. If no response is given your booking contract will be terminated and your date will no longer be reserved, no refunds of deposits will be given in these situations.
Client and makeup/hair artist expectations
It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of any allergies/Illnesses that may effect makeup application; I am not liable for any allergic reactions.
I have the right to cancel or refuse my services on anyone I deem to be a hygiene/health risk, for example cold sores/colds and any other contagious illnesses.
If the sizes of your booking changes please inform me up to 6 weeks before your wedding. If any changes in numbers made after this, where I have had to bring an assistant with me, then there will no deductions from the final balance. You can however transfer the service to another person/s.
Please could all members of the bridal party have dry hair unless a blow dry is part of the agreed service. And for makeup application, a fresh/ no makeup is requested.
Travel and Accommodation
A 30-mile round trip is covered in my prices on the day of wedding, anything over that is charged at 50p per mile. Your trial can take place at my studio in Northampton. If you would like me to come to you for the trial, then I would add on 50p per mile.
Please keep me updated with any parking/venue situations so no time is wasted getting to you on the day of your booking.
If your booking is further away sometimes an accommodation fee will be added to your booking to cover an overnight stay, this will be pre agreed before your booking.
For destination weddings travel and accommodation fees will be added to your booking, this will all be pre agreed before you book.

How do I book? A £50 Deposit is required to reserve your date, which is then deducted from the total. Cash or Bank Transfer details are in my Terms and Conditions
When can I have a trial? You can have your trial anytime you wish. I recommend 3 months before. It’s a great chance to meet, discuss details and try out your wedding look. This makes your special morning getting ready so much easier.
How to prepare for my trial? If you have any pictures of hair or makeup for inspiration, please send them over. If you haven’t had you hair trimmed for a long time, please do so, treat yourself! If you don’t have a skin care routine then visiting your nearest beauty counter would be beneficial. Get some advise on the best products to suit your skin.
You are welcome to bring a friend or family member if you wish. Wear a similar colour top to your wedding dress. Bring along any accessories such as a veil, hair accessory ect.
What area’s do you cover? My studio is based in Northampton town centre. I am also mobile and can travel to your location of your choice.
When do I need to pay the final balance? Two weeks before please.
